Connecting Our Schools and Our Community

Part of See Kids Dream’s mission is to empower young people to connect and engage our community.  Our volunteers play a major role in helping us to successfully deliver on this promise.  In 2010 we created a volunteer position called the Coach Liaison to support the local schools running our service learning program the Penny Harvest.  This program is the first of its kind among the Penny Harvest sites across the country. We will continue to refine this position as we go through our first year.  Everyone at See Kids Dream is truly appreciative of the energy, enthusiasm and support we are receiving from our Coach Liaisons in the first year.  Below you will find links to several resource documents which support our Coach Liaisons in their role as they work with schools.  If you are not a Coach Liaison and you would like to learn more about this position you can download a Coach Liaison job description and application below.
